CSE Awareness Day

National CSE / LSCB Logo

National CSE Awareness Day, on 18 March 2019, will see the world unite to highlight the issues surrounding CSE; encouraging everyone to THINK, SPOT AND SPEAK OUT AGAINST ABUSE and adopt a zero tolerance to adults developing inappropriate relationships with children or children developing inappropriate relationships with other children.

Take the opportunity to help raise awareness of Child Sexual Exploitation by:

  • Writing a personal pledge on your hands to show support for our Helping Hands campaign. Post your photo on social media with the hashtag #HelpingHands and #CSEDay18 to help us raise awareness of CSE
  • Display National CSE Awareness day posters where possible
  • Wearing a burgundy ribbon; The LSCB in partnership with the Youth Justice Service,  are giving out ribbons to promote open and honest discussions about CSE
