Support with heating and insulation (Energy Company Obligation)
Overview
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme.
The scheme focuses on supporting low income, vulnerable and fuel-poor households.
It does this by providing home energy efficiency measures such as insulation and upgrading inefficient heating.
As part of the scheme, larger energy companies must identify and provide funding for energy saving measures in eligible households.
