Free, or £6 Priority Plus ticket (free for under 5s)
Get ready for an afternoon full of your favourite 90s pop and dance anthems as we take a trip down memory lane at South Tyneside Festival's Dance Revival, an exciting new addition to this year's Sunday Concert series.
Don't forget your dancing shoes as Bents Park will be filled with the sounds of legendary tunes from some of the best acts of the decade, including D:Ream with their number 1 hit "Things Can Only Get Better", Kelly Llorenna, veteran of the UK trance-pop scene and original vocalist of "Set You Free" and Whigfield who scored a number 1 hit with "Saturday Night" in 1994. Also joining the Dance Revival Day will be British singer, musician, and DJ Sonique, best known for her 2000 international hit single "It Feels So Good", along with multi-platinum dance acts Phats and Small, well known for hits including Turnaround, Feel Good, Tonite and This Time Around.
Grab your friends and your glowsticks for the ultimate throwback at South Tyneside Festival's Dance Revival.
Supported by Metro Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, Minchella & Co, Ramside Hall, Port of Tyne, Colmans Seafood Temple, Colmans Fish and Chips and South Tyneside Homes
Admission is FREE, or you could upgrade to a Priority Plus ticket.
A Priority Plus ticket allows earlier access into the event, along with access to dedicated bar serveries and toilets. If you would prefer to arrive later your ticket will still provide you with guaranteed entry, however your viewing position may be more towards the rear of the crowd.
