SOUTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL(MONKTON NORTH BUSINESS PARK, HEBBURN) ORDER 2021

On the 21 July 2021 South Tyneside Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The Order, which comes into operation on the 02 August 2021 will introduce introduce No Waiting At Any Time on the unnamed access road - Hebburn North Business Park, Hebburn north side from its junction with B1306 Mill Lane in a north eastwards direction for a distance of 37 metres and from a point 82 metres northeast of its junction with B1306 Mill Lane in a north eastwards direction for a distance of 105 metres; south side from its junction with B1306 Mill Lane in a north eastwards then south eastwards direction for a distance of 200 metres; west side from a point 187 metres northeast of its junction with B1306 Mill Lane in a north westwards direction for a distance of 155 metres and east side from a point 240 metres northeast then northwest of its junction with B1306 Mill lane in a south eastwards direction for a distance of 72 metres.

Full details are contained in the Order, which, together with a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm at the Town Hall, Westoe Road, South Shields NE33 2RL.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or that any of the requirements of the Act or of any relevant regulations made under the Act have not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 21 July 2021 when the Order was made, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
