SOUTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL(MONKTON NORTH BUSINESS PARK, HEBBURN) ORDER 2021

South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce No Waiting At Any Time on the unnamed access road - Hebburn North Business Park, Hebburn north side from its junction with B1306 Mill Lane in a north eastwards direction for a distance of 37 metres and from a point 82 metres northeast of its junction with B1306 Mill Lane in a north eastwards direction for a distance of 105 metres; south side from its junction with B1306 Mill Lane in a north eastwards then south eastwards direction for a distance of 200 metres; west side from a point 187 metres northeast of its junction with B1306 Mill Lane in a north westwards direction for a distance of 155 metres and east side from a point 240 metres northeast then northwest of its junction with B1306 Mill lane in a south eastwards direction for a distance of 72 metres.  

Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm at the Town Hall at the address below.
