SOUTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL(CAULDWELL AVENUE, SOUTH SHIELDS) ORDER 2021
South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce No Waiting At Any Time on Cauldwell Avenue, South Shields north side from its junction with the Unnamed access road from Cauldwell Avenue to Morpeth Avenue in a north eastwards direction for a distance of 10 metres and on Unnamed access road from Cauldwell Avenue to Morpeth Avenue east side from its junction with Cauldwell Avenue in a north westwards then northwards then north eastwards direction for a distance of 40 metres and west side from its junction with the northern kerb line of Cauldwell Avenue for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction and from a point 27 metres north of its junction with the northern kerb line of Cauldwell Avenue for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.
Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm at the Town Hall at the address below.
If you wish to raise an objection, express support or make any other observations about these proposals, you must make them in writing to the Council's Legal Services Department at the address below or by using the same email address above by the 17 June 2021. Any objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
