Overview

South Tyneside Council is committed to helping residents who have health and care needs to access information, advice and support.

We are looking for volunteers to help us understand how we can improve the information we provide on the internet about health and care services in South Tyneside.

We are particularly interested in hearing from you if:

  • you are likely to use the internet to search for information about health or care services in South Tyneside, or
  • you are living with, or caring for someone with any kind of health condition, or
  • you would be likely to search the internet for information about staying healthy (for example, stopping smoking, weight management, reducing alcohol intake).

What it will involve

You will be asked to take part in an interview which will last approximately 1 hour.

Interviews will take place over the phone or online.

Interview sessions will be recorded. Any information you provide will remain anonymous.

How to get involved

If you would like to take part, contact Alex Webster for an informal chat on 0191 424 4123, or by emailing alex.webster@southtyneside.gov.uk.
