SOUTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL (HYLTON LANE, WEST BOLDON 40MPH)ORDER 2020
South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under Section 84 of and Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to reduce the speed limit to 40mph on Hylton Lane, West Boldon from a point 43 metres south of its junction with Dipe Lane in a southerly direction for 953 metres.
Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am and 2pm at the address below.

If you wish to raise an objection, express support or make any other observations about these proposals, you must make them in writing to the Council's Legal Services Department (K Ruddy) at the address below by 14 December 2020. Any objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
