South Tyneside Council(High-Tech Village Parking Zone, Boldon Colliery)Order 2020
On 10 September 2020 South Tyneside Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The Order which comes into operation on 21 September 2020 will introduce:
- Permit Holder Only Parking Mondays to Sundays inclusive 24 hours at High-Tech Village, Boldon Colliery
Full details are contained in the Order, which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm at the Town Hall, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or that any of the requirements of the Act or of any relevant regulations made under the Act have not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 10 September 2020 when the Order was made, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
