SOUTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL(SOUTH BACK OCEAN ROAD, SOUTH SHIELDS) ORDER 2020

South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce a Loading Bay 6am - 8pm on any day on (South Back) Ocean Road, South Shields from a point 63 metres west of its junction with the western kerb line of Woodbine Street for a distance of 30 metres in a westerly direction and to introduce No Waiting At Any Time on (South Back) Ocean Road, South Shields south side from a point 93 metres west of its junction with the western kerb line of Woodbine Street for a distance of 60 metres in a southerly, south easterly then southerly direction to the west corner of the Car Park then easterly for 42 metres then in a northerly and north westerly direction for 8.9 metres and from a point 60 metres west of the junction with Woodbine Street for a distance of 25 metres in a southerly direction.

Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm at the Town Hall, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL.
