South Tyneside Council (High-Tech Village Parking Zone, Witney Way, Boldon Colliery Order 2020

South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The Order will introduce:

  • Permit Holder Only Parking Mondays to Sundays inclusive 24 hours at High-Tech Village, Witney Way, Boldon Colliery

Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am and 2pm at the Town Hall at the address below.

If you wish to raise an objection, express support or make any other observations about these proposals, you must make them in writing to the Council's Legal Services Department (L Sloan) at the address below or by using the same email address above by 11 August 2020.
