Pregnancy is a great reason to give up smoking.

Quitting is one of the best things you can do to give your baby the best start in life. The sooner you start your quit attempt and stop smoking completely, the better it is for you and your baby, but it's never too late to stop smoking.

Nicotine is very addictive so it's really important to get the right support to help you give up smoking.
