South Tyneside Council (Highfield Road, South Shields) Order 2020
South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to revoke:
- Loading Bay 30 minutes no return in 2 hours Mondays to Fridays 8am to 6pm on Highfield Road north side from a point 160 metres east of its junction with the east kerb line of Callum Drive for a distance of 18 metres in an easterly direction
The Order will introduce:
- Loading Bay 30 minutes no return in 2 hours Mondays to Fridays 8am to 6pm on Highfield Road north side from a point 60 metres east of its junction with the east kerb line of Callum Drive for a distance of 18 metres in an easterly direction
Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order, which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm at the Town Hall, Westoe Road, South Shields.
