South Tyneside Council (Ullswater Gardens, South Shields) Order 2020
South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce no waiting and no loading/unloading Monday to Friday 8.00am to 9.30am and 3.00pm to 4.00pm on Ullswater Gardens, South Shields:
- northeast side from a point 180 metres northwest of its junction with the northwest kerb line of Ambleside Avenue for a distance of 120 metres and including the garage access cul de sac between no's 41 and 45 in a north westerly direction;
- northwest side from a point 108 metres northeast of its junction with Temple Park Road for a distance of 20 metres in a north easterly direction and
- on southwest side from a point 180 metres northwest of its junction with the northwest kerb line of Ambleside Avenue for a distance of 90 metres in a north westerly then north easterly direction and including the cul de sac area next to no 31.
Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm at the Town Hall at the address below.
