South Tyneside Council, through Sports England funding, can now offer Inclusive Fitness across South Tyneside to those with disabilities.
Those with disabilities should have every opportunity to be as active as those without.
Being active is a great way to improve your health and well-being.
Whatever level you wish to take part, sport and physical activity can be an enjoyable lifestyle choice. All sessions will be led by experienced and qualified coaches.

Age: 5 - 11 year olds
Only children registered with Short Breaks can attend.
