S.T.I.M.F 2017, which opens exclusively to professional performers and the ardent magic fans, will boast exclusive performances and offer access to two International Gala Shows featuring magicians and illusionists from around the world. You will also gain access to the exclusive and highly entertaining Late Night Show on the Friday evening, 'The 1 Trick Show' will be your chance to shine and show your favourite or best effect. There will be a prize awarded for the best act as voted by the stars of the show.

S.T.I.M.F convention runs primarily at The Customs House, a stunning venue at the heart of South Shields which overlooks the bustling River Tyne. The cost of the weekend is £65 per person (non-refundable) and includes all lectures, close up, dealers and two gala shows.

Would you like the chance to shine and show the other delegates what you're made of?

Enter our informal '1 Trick contest', Friday 17 March at the 'Late Late Show', The Sea Hotel.

There are no formal rules, just show one trick/effect which can be really short or longer if you wish...within reason!

Everyone is a judge and will vote at the end of the contest for their 3 favourite acts. The winner is the one with the highest number of votes.

If you are interested you can email Karri in advance to tell her you would like to take part or if you can, just let the registration desk know on Thursday or Friday.

Your host for the evening is the mind reader with the best bleach in the business, Kennedy.

There will be a prize for the winner, free registration for the 2018 convention and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate your success. The two runners up will also receive some bubbly.
