South Tyneside Council's Leisure Service has launched its new Personal Fitness Training Programme which is on offer at Haven Point, Hebburn Central, Temple Park and Monkton Stadium.
All four Personal Trainers have a wide variety of experience and skills and will be able to provide you with a complete package of support to ensure you reach your goals. Whether you're looking to improve your overall fitness levels, lose/gain weight or are training for a particular event, our trainers will design a tailor made programme just for you.
A detailed assessment of your health and wellbeing will also be carried out to assist you with appropriate lifestyle changes, along with advice on diet and exercise.
The service is available to new and existing customers and to help you decide if a Personal Trainer is for you, we are offering free consultations. Our prices are very competitive and the more sessions you book the cheaper it becomes.

I am a fitness professional and specialise in many different areas such as weight management, injury, rehabilitation, sports specific nutrition, flexibility and posture assessment. I also have a GP Referral qualification and am a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist.

I am a highly qualified and experienced trainer. I specialise in no nonsense weight loss and high intensity interval training (HIIT) and I provide straight forward nutritional advice anyone can follow.
My workout style is short and intense using all types of different equipment and methods for every session. I am influenced by Crossfit type workouts and I train how I preach. Whether you want to gain muscle or burn fat we will get results.
With use of good quality functional movements, my sessions are fun, interactive and results driven. My aim is to create a sustainable lifestyle change for those in need, giving them the tools to achieve their goals.
