St. Nicholas' Church is the Parish Church of West Boldon and is a Grade 1 Listed Building. A great deal of the original Saxon stonework is still visible, dating from the 8th Century but the majority of the structure dates from the 13th century.
The venue holds various memorial tablets, one giving serving Rectors back to 13th century. With unique stone spire and tower, St Nicholas' Church is a must see.
