Home Care Satisfaction Survey

South Tyneside Council's Social Care and Health Directorate is taking part in a national survey to assess levels of public satisfaction with Home Care Services.

The Social Care and Health Directorate will be sending out questionnaires at the end of February to a random sample of people in South Tyneside aged 65 and over who are currently receive Home Care Services.

The aim of the survey is to gather information for the Department of Health about how satisfied people are with the Home Care service they receive.

A local telephone help line will be available on 424 4758. This can be used to obtain advice about the survey or if you require help in completing the questionnaire. Residents are encouraged to use the help line if they have any queries.

The results of the survey will be published in June.
