Overview

South Tyneside Young People's Parliament (STYPP) is fun, informal and a great way to meet new people and make a difference.

We are young people from across South Tyneside, aged 13 to 19 years old.

We discuss issues that affect young people living in South Tyneside and come up with ways to help.

Each year we run a campaign, our campaign for 2022 was health and wellbeing.

View all our campaigns on and more about what we do on our South Tyneside Young People's Parliament (STYPP) campaign site.

Services for young people

As part of the 2022 health and wellbeing campaign, STYPP came up with a list of service information and places to visit for young people in South Tyneside.
