  • cope with day-to-day challenges
  • prepare for the future

They offer information to people who are worried about their memory and ongoing support to people affected by dementia face to face, over the phone or in writing.

Who is the service available to?

  • People with Dementia, their carers, family and friends
  • People registered with a GP in or work in or live in or care for someone with dementia who lives in the Borough or Clinical Commissioning Group area

When is it available?

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 4.30pm
