How do I join the programme?
You can seek a referral onto the programme from a health professional such as your Midwife, Health Visitor, GP, Practice nurse or Physiotherapist.
There may be some conditions in pregnancy that may prevent you exercising. Your health professional will discuss these with you before referring you into the programme.
If you are pregnant you must have had your 12 week scan to join the programme. If you have had your baby you must have had your 6-8 week postnatal check before you can join the programme (please note if you have had a caesarean section you must wait 12 weeks to join in).
