Coming soon – customer changes to our leisure centres

There are some customer changes being introduced in our leisure centres in the coming months, which will improve member experiences, simplify visits to our centres and offer more flexibility to members.

Customer changes include:

• New Mobile App
• Self-Serve Kiosks
• Electronic check-in for class programmes via tablets outside of studios

Changes expected to be introduced Summer 2022.

Monkton Stadium refurbishment

From Monday 20 June, works will be taking place to renovate Monkton Stadium leisure centre.

During the works the gym, sports hall and changing rooms will be closed.
