Carers Coastal Walk

South Tyneside Adult Carers Service (STACS) Adult Carers Service will be celebrating Carers Week by holding a number of wellbeing events throughout the week to give carers the opportunity to connect, chat with others and take part in some physical activity. They have organised a day trip to Whitby, a coastal walk, Ten-Pin bowling, and coffee mornings.

If you identify as a Carer in South Tyneside, feel free to join this coastal walk along South Shields Seafront organised by STACS, where you can connect with carers in your community over some fresh sea air!

This is a great opportunity to meet with other carers in the community and socialise outside working hours.
