COVID-19 important information

We have made changes to reduce the risk of customers and staff spreading COVID-19.

  • Please complete and return the COVID-19 questionnaire206.89KB seven days before your stay, including the details of everyone in your group. Please return via email or post.
  • When you arrive, we will ask if anyone in your household has recently had symptoms of COVID-19.  If anyone has, no members of the household can stay.
  • If your booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 symptoms, or changes in government regulations, your deposit will be refunded.
  • You must inform us if you develop symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 during your stay, or within two weeks of departure.
  • Full contact details of all campsite users will be recorded in line with government guidance and kept in line with GDPR legislation.
  • Campsite users will not be allowed to have to have day-guests.
  • Guests using the camping barn and pods will be limited to two households - or as recommended by government guidance in effect at the time. Other households from your group may camp on the campsite.
  • Pods, bunkrooms, kitchen and toilet / shower blocks will be deep cleaned before your arrival.
  • You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A supply of clearly-labelled cleaning materials will be provided.
  • You need to provide all your own pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, and take it home when you leave.
  • You need to bring your own sleeping bags or bedding.
  • Bring your own hand gels, wipes and soap in addition to what we provide. Please do not flush wet wipes down the toilets.
  • Each household should use only one nominated toilet cubicle and one nominated shower cubicle in the shower blocks. Alternate cubicles have been closed to allow social distancing. Please do not use closed cubicles.
  • Campsite users only have access to the walled garden campsite and the new, specified route to the lake. There is currently no access to main centre house, grounds or barn.

Thank you for your cooperation and we wish you a happy holiday.
