 The long-established market offers all the best to be found in an open-air traditional marketplace. It is one of the oldest and most popular markets in the North East.

The market is held in a traditional square with the eighteenth century old town hall at its heart.

Traditional market - Every Monday and Saturday 9am to 4pm.
Flea market - Every Friday 9am to 4pm.
